Due to the nature of our products, Nu-Tan does not accept returns or offer refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nu-tan.co.za with photographic proof of the damage. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced at no charge, subject to review.
